These terms and conditions are exclusively for the use of this website.
User Privacy:
Iranian Sweets respects the privacy of its customers, business partners, employees, job applicants, and other visitors to its websites who may choose to provide personal information. It recognizes the need for appropriate protections and management of personal information that you provide to it. This Privacy Statement will assist you in understanding what types of information Iranian Sweets may collect, how that information may be used, and with whom the information may be shared.
Order Placement:
Whenever you are making a customer order, you will have to make full payment of your order. The payment can be made through phone or in person at the bakery or even on our website.
Returns:
Iranian Sweets takes pride in its bakery items and cakes. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, immediately notify Iranian Sweets (within 24 hours of pick-up) of your concern and return your dessert to it. Iranian Sweets will give you credit for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used or an in-store credit. This in-store credit may take up to five business days to process. While returning your merchandise, please bring the receipt of purchase with you.
Decorations and Coloring:
Iranian Sweets has employed highly skilled decorators who do their best to match any requested color or design. However, their ability to meet your requirements is constrained as they are dealing with icing that can fade due to light and temperature, so Iranian Sweets does not guarantee an exact match. Moreover, due to the nature of drawings, Iranian Sweets will make its best representation of what is requested but is again limited by the nature of the product. Minor cropping may occur in order to fit the image to the cake/space available. Moreover, copyright images or pornographic images will not be printed. Iranian Sweets will print images as provided by the client.
Deals and Reduced Pricing:
All reduced prices and deals will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Shipping:
Under no circumstances will Iranian Sweets take any responsibility for problems that may occur during the shipping process. Iranian Sweets requests customers to keep all delivered products in the refrigerator. Iranian Sweets would not take any responsibility for mishandling or any other problem that may occur after the product is delivered or after the product has been handed over to the customer.
In case of any product returns, the customer is responsible for making the necessary arrangements for shipping and may also incur any incidental charges that arise in this regard.
Out of Stock Policy:
In order to ensure that customers receive the best quality items, Iranian Sweets prepares fresh cake items. This leads to stock fluctuations throughout the day. If an item is out of stock for some time, Iranian Sweets will try to prepare it at its earliest convenience. However, if it is not possible for Iranian Sweets, then it reserves the right to decline any order.
Information Sharing:
In connection with customers’ orders, Iranian Sweets collects, uses, and processes personal information of the client. The information received from the client is used only for the purpose of business. This information is used by staff members, vendors, suppliers, shipping companies, and other parties as and when required for processing your business orders.

– United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
– We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for our products.
– We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
– Customers using the website who are minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
– The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
– The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
The companies’ refund policies apply only to those orders for which a payment has been made to Iranian Sweets. In order to ensure the provision of timely delivery and the quality of bakery items, we accept only those orders that are possible to process according to the customers’ requirements and within the time allowed. In this regard, we may decline certain orders. Moreover, we spend a considerable amount of time understanding customers’ orders, which involves working with customers on tasting, designing, researching, matching cake designs with the venue, and ordering materials for the cake. For these reasons, it is not possible for us to refund any money that customers have deposited at any time. We thank you for your understanding.
In many instances, for customized orders, we have to make decorative elements beforehand. Generally, these decorative items are made at least 3 days before the order so that these items can have proper drying and setting time. In this regard, we follow the following cancellation and refund policy:
If a customer cancels an order at least 2 days before the actual delivery of the order, 100% of the deposited money is returned to the customer; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
If a customer cancels an order within 6 hours of the actual delivery of the order, no part of the deposited money is returned to the customer as store credit. There is no exception to this policy, and we sincerely apologize for this. You can still collect your processed order at the promised time and date of delivery and are obliged to pay the balance due to you.
If for any reason, a customer requests a reschedule of an order, we will handle this on a case-by-case basis. However, such requests must be made at least 24 hours before the actual delivery. We try our best to accommodate such requests, yet it always depends on the availability of resources and our schedule, so there is no guarantee that we will be able to meet the deadline that you award us. A reschedule may require the customer to help us in accommodating the customer’s requests.
